Now Zomato is planning to integrate with Ola to enable an easy mobility to its customers. Now, the customers can easily book a ride via Zomato app. Ola and Zomato are both India’s leading consumer technology brands. These two will now be seen selling each other’s services on their platforms. Ola will be seen using an in-car infotainment system called Ola play. Ola play will allow its riders to order from restaurants via special Zomato feature on Ola Play tablets. Thus, the riders can order while sitting in the cabs. Similarly, Zomato will be seen allowing its customers to book a cab and the payment will be done through the Ola mobile wallet service. According to Saurabh Mishra, Director Alliance at Ola said, “This partnership with Zomato will bring increased convenience, seamless mobility, and dining or ordering experience to the customer of both the platforms. They can scroll through the Zomato app while enjoying the Olay Play ride. Similarly, they can order on Zomato while travelling in the cab. Thus, this partnership is a win-win for users on both the sides. This partnership has the potential to grow and create much more values for their customers in time to come.” Zomato had earlier partnered with Paytm for the online payment to be made easier for its users. Zomato has always tried to give a user friendly experience to its customers and it is one of their best qualities to be considered. Zomato partners will also set up special zones, where customers can book Ola.
